🔧 About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CNC (Milling) Production Supervisor with a solid background in CNC machining, particularly milling operations. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for overseeing production activities, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring high-quality output on the shop floor.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of CNC milling machines and production staff.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC milling machine during breakdowns or malfunctions.

• Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and production targets are met.

• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

• Coordinate with the production manager to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.

• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.

• Train, guide, and evaluate machine operators.

🎯 Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC milling, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.

• Proven track record in repairing and maintaining CNC machines independently.

• Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, tooling, and CNC controller systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred.

• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
