This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for overseeing production activities, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring high-quality output on the shop floor. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of CNC milling machines and production staff. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC milling machine during breakdowns or malfunctions. Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and production targets are met. Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate with the production manager to optimize workflow and reduce downtime. Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
