Production Supervisor

As a CNC (Milling) Production Supervisor in Alappuzha, your role will involve overseeing the production activities related to CNC machining, specifically milling operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment functionality, ensuring high-quality output, and managing the production floor effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising the daily operations of CNC milling machines and production staff, diagnosing and resolving machine malfunctions, monitoring production output for quality and targets, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, collaborating with the production manager to optimize workflow, ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness, as well as training and evaluating machine operators. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC milling, proficiency in setup, programming, and troubleshooting, a solid track record in repairing and maintaining CNC machines, a good understanding of G-code, M-code, tooling, and CNC controller systems, and previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, leadership qualities, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will be key attributes for success.
