1) Check GEM Portal Tenders on a daily basis and match our product as per the specifications to participate the tender. 2) Check with 24/7 Tenders Portal, also information from Distributors or Liaison Agents & Key Important Government websites. 3) Check and Preparation of Tender documents as per the tender specifications, Non-Judicial Stamp Papers, Notary, Courier & Sample requirements. 4) Sample coordination to Distributors / Liasoning agents / to various Institutions with NABL COA. 5) For all State Government Tenders, documentation, requirements for post award of the Contract (sharing Original Invoices, COA, LR copies to Consignee) 6) Eg. For Current MP State Government orders, point to point coordination, timely execution of stocks, entries to be made in Portal, follow up with Consignee on clean delivery, MRN entry and payment follow up with LA. 7) Product wise documentation, Upload of documents, Sample submission with NABL is mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
