Key Responsibilities: Daily production planning and shift management Monitor production processes and maintain output targets Supervise machine operators, helpers, and workers Maintain quality control and ensure process discipline Coordinate with store, buffing, plating/anodizing departments Maintain daily production and rejection reports Handle urgent orders and manage manpower shifts Support ERP entries and production data updates Skills Required: Team handling and leadership Ability to manage multiple workstations (cutting, buffing,Anodising, packing etc.) Punctual, responsible, and proactive in solving issues Knowledge of ERP or production reporting preferred
