Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilties --

• Oversee day-to-day production operations ensuring smooth workflow across all lines.
• Manage and supervise 120–200 factory staff.
• Ensure achievement of daily production targets of approx. 300,000 units with consistent quality.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower for 30-day continuous operations.
• Monitor machine performance, downtime, and implement corrective action.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for uninterrupted production.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and factory compliance requirements.
• Track daily production reports, analyze gaps, and implement process improvements.
• Train and motivate workers to enhance efficiency, discipline, and skill levels.
• Control wastage, optimize raw material usage, and improve cost efficiency.
• Assist in planning, audits, documentation, and performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and resolve on-floor issues promptly
• Should Know MS-Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
