Job Responsibilties -- Oversee day-to-day production operations ensuring smooth workflow across all lines. Manage and supervise 120–200 factory staff. Ensure achievement of daily production targets of approx. 300,000 units with consistent quality. Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower for 30-day continuous operations. Monitor machine performance, downtime, and implement corrective action. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for uninterrupted production. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and factory compliance requirements. Track daily production reports, analyze gaps, and implement process improvements. Train and motivate workers to enhance efficiency, discipline, and skill levels. Control wastage, optimize raw material usage, and improve cost efficiency.
