A bold, outspoken, organized, creative individual exhibiting leadership skills being able to manage a. group of people and handle email communications with customers Education Qualifications B.E, Mechanical Engineering or DME Work Experience Minimum 20 years of experience in vessel manufacturing Minimum 15 years of experience in design of vessels (ASME SEC VIII), material grades, weld procedures (WPS, PQR) Roles & Responsibilities Lead and Manage the factory workforce. Plan and schedule production and dispatch Work closely with the QC Engineer and ensure material certifications and documentations are in order as per the QAP. Ensure Loading Chart, Square Chart is uploaded before signing off for the day. Co-ordinate directly with raw-material suppliers and raise daily production demand. Weekly production demand to be submitted to the finance team Reconcile stocks and purchase through the team Work collaboratively with various departments and Interact directly with clients to give order status updates. Highly pro-active and proficient in Email Communications is a must. Prepare documentations and test reports as necessary. Work collaboratively with the sales team and give updates on lead times and order status as and when required.

Ensure all the raw material as per RM indent and keep ready for the batches. 13. Raise the work order for maintenance works coordinate with EM team for the completing tasks the in time. 14. Co-ordinate with engineering department for performing the scheduled equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) and instrument calibrations. 15. Ensure batch execution in line with the production schedule. 16. Ensure the cleanliness and good housekeeping in respective areas. 17.
