Production & Quality Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Quality Associate to join our team. In this role, you will gain exposure to multiple manufacturers across categories and geographies, delving deep into production of cutting-edge clean label products that taste fantastic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sourcing and production at multiple contract manufacturing units to ensure timely deliveries and high quality (in line with USFDA and BRC standards)

• Conduct internal & external tests on every batch of every product to ensure quality on upto 120 parameters at various periodicities (e.g., sensory, moisture, fat, rancidity, shelf life, nutritional value, etc.)

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams (NPD, R&D, Marketing) to ensure smooth launch and scale-up.

• Assist in tweaking formulations and production processes to continuously improve products.

• Maintain records of production and testing of every batch as per FSSAI norms, and CAPAs for any identified improvement areas

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Production or Quality

• Strong understanding of processing technologies, and production best practices

• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and basic lab practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
