Production & Quality Associate

As a Production & Quality Associate at Troovy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery and high quality of clean label products for children. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing sourcing and production at multiple contract manufacturing units to maintain quality standards in line with USFDA and BRC regulations. - Conducting internal & external tests on every batch of products to ensure quality on up to 120 parameters at various periodicities. - Collaborating with internal teams (NPD, R&D, Marketing) for smooth product launch and scale-up. - Assisting in optimizing formulations and production processes for continuous product improvement. - Maintaining production and testing records as per FSSAI norms, and implementing CAPAs for improvement areas. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in Production or Quality. - Strong knowledge of processing technologies, production best practices, GMP, food safety, and basic lab practices. - Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. - A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
