Production & Quality Associate

You are the Production & Quality Associate at Troovy, a fast-growing startup in India that focuses on creating healthy snacks for children. Your role involves overseeing production processes at multiple contract manufacturing units, conducting tests on product batches to ensure quality, collaborating with internal teams for successful product launches, and continuously improving products through formulation tweaks. You will also be responsible for maintaining production records as per FSSAI norms and implementing corrective actions for improvement areas. Your key responsibilities include: - Overseeing sourcing and production at contract manufacturing units to ensure timely deliveries and high quality standards. - Conducting internal & external tests on product batches to ensure quality on up to 120 parameters. - Collaborating with internal teams for smooth product launches and scale-up. - Assisting in tweaking formulations and production processes for product improvement. - Maintaining production records and implementing corrective actions as per FSSAI norms. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in Production or Quality. - Strong understanding of processing technologies and production best practices. - Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and basic lab practices. - Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally. - Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
