Job Description

Plan and schedule maintece activities, coordinating with operations, quality, safety, and engineering teams.
Engage and support a technical workforce, solving problems rapidly and implementing sustainable solutions.
Suggest / Develop product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.
Communicate effectively across all organizational levels about safety, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead the training and development of your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed for success.
Drive continuous improvement in maintece parameters such as asset utilization and work order completion.
Participate in budgeting processes, labour planning, and managing inventory of critical parts and tools.
Enforce and maintain the company safety program, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, educating personnel on proper use and maintece of equipment.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

Candidate should hold a degree in Bachelor / master s in electrical / mechanical engineering with relevant work experience.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
