Production Planning & Coordination Executive

D’Curve is a Bangalore-based furniture design and manufacturing company specializing in premium modular kitchens, wardrobes, and bespoke interior solutions. We are looking for a driven individual to join our growing production team. Position Details Position: Production Planning & Coordination Executive Department: Production Location: Bangalore (Factory) Reports to: Production Head Experience: 2–4 years in production planning / coordination (preferably modular furniture / interiors) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and well-planned production execution, from pre-production planning to material coordination and dispatch. The candidate will work closely with design, procurement, and production teams to translate project timelines into structured factory schedules, ensuring on-time and error-free deliveries. Key Responsibilities •        Pre-Production Planning: Review Production data, check material readiness, identify gaps, and schedule batches. •        Production Planning & Scheduling: Prepare weekly and daily production plans; allocate work to different stations. •        Material Coordination: Monitor inward & outward of materials; ensure visibility and availability of Materials as per the plan; maintain logs. •        Dispatch Planning: Schedule dispatches in line with project timelines; coordinate packing, labeling, and logistics. •        Tracking & Reporting: Maintain trackers for production status, material movement, and dispatch readiness.   Required Skills & Experience •        2–4 years of experience in modular furniture / interior production planning or coordination. •        Strong organizational and planning skills. •        Understanding of panel processing workflows and modular furniture construction. •        Good communication and follow-through abilities. •        Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and production tracking tools. •        Familiarity with CNC / panel optimization workflows is a plus.   Key Outcomes •        Improved production predictability and scheduling accuracy. •        Reduced last-minute material or dispatch issues. •        Smoother coordination between design, procurement, and production. •        Operational load reduction for senior production staff.
