Production Planning Control Manager

As a Production Planning and Control (PPC) Manager, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development and implementation of production plans that align with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various aspects such as demand forecasting, capacity planning, quality assurance, material requirement planning (MRP), inventory management, supplier relationship management, process improvement, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination. You will be tasked with developing and implementing production plans that are in line with the company's goals, focusing on cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Your role will involve refining demand forecasting processes to ensure that production schedules meet market and customer requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet current and future production demands. Monitoring adherence to quality standards and implementing corrective actions when necessary will be a key part of your role. You will also manage MRP systems to facilitate precise planning and tracking of materials, avoiding shortages or excess. Overseeing inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and improve the inventory turnover ratio will be essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement will be another critical aspect of your job. Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs will also fall under your purview. Guiding and mentoring the PPC team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture will be part of your responsibilities. You will also act as a central point of contact for production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams, ensuring seamless operations through stakeholder coordination.,
