Production Planner

Core responsibilities Scheduling: Create and maintain daily or weekly production schedules to ensure timely completion of products. Resource management: Determine and ensure the availability of necessary raw materials, equipment, and labor. Inventory control: Monitor stock levels for both raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and supply chain, to align production plans with demand and capacity. Performance monitoring: Prepare and present reports on production status and performance. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise in the production process, such as bottlenecks or supply shortfalls. Quality assurance: Ensure that the final products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Documentation: Maintain records and documentation of the entire production process. Key skills Time management and prioritization: Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Leadership and communication: Guide teams and collaborate effectively with other departments. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Analyze data and identify solutions to production issues. Organizational skills: Maintain meticulous records and manage complex processes. Technical proficiency: Often requires knowledge of specific production software and an understanding of manufacturing processes.
