Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with customer orders and forecasted demand.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability and efficient workflow.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and avoid bottlenecks.
Generate reports on production status, output, and potential delays or issues.
Maintain ERP/MRP systems with accurate and up-to-date planning data.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align planning activities with business goals.
Proficient in planning software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Excel, MRP/ERP systems).

Additional Technical Specifications/ Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field or equivalent education.
Experience with semiconductor assembly, Quality standards and MS Office, MS Project, operating system.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, production planning software, and data analysis tools
Good English knowledge (writing, reading, and speaking).
Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools, like lean manufacturing, six sigma and TPM.
Production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within semiconductor manufacturing.
Process specific knowledge (technology, process, material, supplier, etc) of his/her process ownership.
