Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for carrying out production planning, complying with the standards (food safety & Job safety) and company policies.
Principal Accountabilities:
Key Interactions
Internal: Operator, Assistant Operator & CL Effectively handle the staff to sustain & improve the productivity objective.
Internal: Quality- Coordinate with the quality team to out produce standard products through standard processing.
Internal: SAP Team – Communicate the production accountability details and to maintain the same.
Knowledge:
Knowledge on Dairy Processing
Knowledge on Production planning, men and material
Planning, Organizing & Communication Skills
Additional requirement:
MS Office, SAP Basic.
