Production Merchandiser

• Order Follow-up:
• Monitor the progress of orders from sampling to final shipment.
• Ensure all deadlines (sampling, production, delivery) are met.
• Production Planning & Coordination:
• Coordinate with the production department for planning and scheduling.
• Ensure raw materials and trims are available on time.
• Documentation & Approvals:
• Handle approvals for fabric, trims, lab dips, fit samples, and pre-production samples.
• Maintain records of buyer communications and approvals.
• Production Monitoring:
• Track progress on the production floor.
• Solve issues related to delays, shortages, or defects.
• Keep buyers updated on order status, production progress, and shipment schedules.
• Share photos, reports, and timelines regularly.
• Shipment Coordination:
• Ensure timely booking and dispatch of finished goods.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipping documents.
• Communication with Buyers:
• Keep buyers updated on order status, production progress, and shipment schedules.
• Share photos, reports, and timelines regularly.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
