Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist Merchandiser in handling buyers accounts and day-to-day communication.
Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and factories for sampling, production, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth execution of orders.
Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) calendars for all orders.
Check and track fabric, trims, and accessories requirements.
Monitor sample development and ensure approvals from buyers within deadlines.
Prepare costing sheets, order status reports, and assist in price negotiations.
Support Merchandiser in handling buyer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in shipment follow-up and documentation.
Maintain records, reports, and data management for merchandising activities.

Preferred requirement and skills

Bachelors degree / Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
