Job Description

Profiles with TISSUE Process Machine Experience only will be considered:

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations of the Tissue Machine and Stock Preparation during assigned shifts.
Ensure seamless operation across forming, pressing, drying, and creping sections.
Monitor DCS systems to maintain critical process parameters in line with SOPs and product specifications.
Coordinate activities such as reel changes, threading, and shutdowns (e.g., wire/felt changes, inspections, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

• Deep understanding of tissue manufacturing processes and operations.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for coordination across departments.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and quality management systems.

Diploma / Graduate in Chemical / Pulp and Paper will be considered.
