- Knowledge as regards to various QC tools like Root cause analysis, fish bone diagram, 7QC tools, Six Sigma for corrective actions against rejections
- Analysis on customer complaints with implementation of corrective actions.
- ECN Monitoring & Raising ECR
- Preparation of LLC
- Participate in NPD process and give recommendations or suggestions as deemed fit
- Follow QMS process (ISO 9001:2015) requirements
- Knowledge as regards to PFMEA, Control plant, PPAP Process
(Correction & corrective action).
- Follow-up with production team & supporting the QA team on completion of activity for PSW,
PPAP,
- Follow up for spare arrangement, packing of material, dispatch follow up with team
and their communications, ECR and actions to concerns.
- Identification of drawing mistake & giving clarity to internal team & overall addition of activity for
communicating same to design
- Paperwork for sending material for repair & modification
- Ensuring Attending to the safety requirements of the plant
- Responsible to follow practice & processes as per ISO 45001 for their respective department
Incoming, Semi-finish & finish good, NG part movement to BRTN/SCRAP, Quality info record,
Deletion of duplicate inspection plan)
B.E./B.Tech. with specialization in Electronics Engineering with 0-1 Year of Experience in Manufacturing Quality.
