Production Merchandiser

As a candidate for the position, your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with designers and buyers to translate ideas into executable products - Coordinating sampling schedules with factories and ensuring timely delivery of prototypes - Ensuring materials, trims, and fabrics are aligned with design and brand standards - Working with vendors to get the best possible pricing without compromising quality - Analyzing material consumption, labor inputs, and margin requirements - Supporting finalizing cost sheets and internal approvals - Liaising with domestic and international suppliers for raw materials and finished goods - Tracking order status, following up on delivery timelines, and troubleshooting delays - Maintaining vendor databases and performance records - Monitoring production schedules to ensure timely delivery - Conducting quality checks during various production stages - Assisting in maintaining production calendars and internal checklists To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven experience or internship in merchandising, sourcing, or production - Strong ability to prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) - Ability to drive and manage production timelines independently - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken - Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets - Detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized Additionally, the company requires the candidate to be not more than 35 years old and have at least 7 years of experience.
