Salary: 25k to 35k

Job Role:

As a Production Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the production schedule, ensuring timely availability of quality goods, and working closely with suppliers. Your role will involve monitoring inventory levels, overseeing production timelines, and facilitating seamless coordination between various departments to meet business targets.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate production schedules and timelines

· Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials

· Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment

· Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules

· Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align production with market demand

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

· Analyze production data and generate reports for management review

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Merchandising / Fashion

• 3-4 years of experience as production Merchandiser.

• Strong knowledge of fabric.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
