Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Ulubaria. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage the production team. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, optimizing resource use, and troubleshooting production issues. The role also involves implementing safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
