Shridhar Kraft Containers is hiring! Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also ensure they produce the best quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage and evaluate entire production process Production planning Ensure quality production at every stage Preventive maintenance Daily production reports Ensure minimum wastage Implement 5S and lean practices Manage production manpower Take up full responsibility from raw material inward to final dispatch Essential: 5-7+ years of production experience in corrugation industry Strong organizational and managerial skills Excellent communication skills Note: Responsibilities mentioned herein, and other tasks related to production will be under the Production Manager's scope of work.
