Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet delivery schedules
• Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality standards
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively on the shop floor
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Design, and Sales teams
• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company SOPs
• Handle machine maintenance planning and breakdown issues
• Supervise, train, and guide production staff and supervisors
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, ERP preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in industrial manufacturing, cleanroom panels, PUF panels, or metal sheet fabrication
• Exposure to pharma / hospital / industrial /food industries project work
• ERP or production planning software experience is an advantage
