Job Title:

Marketing cum Sales Executive (B2B – Manufacturing Industry)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 Year of experience in Marketing and/or Sales (B2B preferred)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:Marketing Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, company website, and other online platforms
• Support digital marketing activities such as LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp marketing
• Promote company products and services to improve brand visibility
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Sales Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries and communicate with potential clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate for quotations and proposals
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily and weekly inquiry, follow-up, and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Purchase, Management) for order execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B marketing or sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical / manufacturing products
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products or cleanroom-related industries, Sheet metal related industries.
• Experience handling IndiaMART and TradeIndia leads
• Knowledge of online lead generation platforms
