Senior Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Leadership

• Lead complete production for events like annual days, conferences, town halls, product launches, R&Rs, MICE events, and activations.
• Convert client briefs and creative concepts into accurate production plans.
  

2. Technical Planning & Execution

• Handle fabrication, staging, truss, LED walls, AV systems, lighting, branding, dcor, and stall setups.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to brand guidelines.
  

3. Vendor & Workforce Management

• Coordinate with fabrication, AV, printing, lighting, and rental vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage carpenters, riggers, electricians, painters, and on-ground support teams.
  

4. Venue Recce & Feasibility

• Conduct venue inspections for measurements, technical restrictions, and safety requirements.
• Prepare technical feasibility and execution plans.
  

5. Production Budgeting

• Prepare budgets, BOQs, and cost sheets.
• Maintain cost control and ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate with management on payments and cost approvals.
  

6. Cross-Team Coordination

• Work with design teams for 3D layouts, branding plans, and production conversion.
• Align with client servicing and operations teams for smooth planning and execution.
  

7. On-Ground Event Supervision

• Oversee fabrication, branding, AV setup, lighting focus, and stage preparation.
• Conduct final checks before client walkthroughs.
• Manage live event technical cues.
  

8. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure high-quality finishing and accurate installations.
• Follow safety standards, structural stability checks, and venue compliance norms.
  

9. Timeline & Task Management

• Prepare setup schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle last-minute changes efficiently.
  

10. Crisis Management

• Solve on-ground issues related to manpower, vendors, technical faults, or structural challenges.
• Provide quick backup solutions to maintain event flow.
  

11. Post-Event Tasks

• Oversee dismantling and ensure safe return of all materials.
• Prepare post-event reports and improvement suggestions.
  

12. Team Development

• Train junior production staff and supervisors.
• Build and maintain a strong production team.
• Implement best practices for continuous improvement.
