✅ Supervising fabrication, wiring, powder coating, and assembly processes
✅ Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
✅ Coordinating with design, procurement, and QA teams
✅ Troubleshooting issues and improving workflow efficiency
✅ Training and mentoring technicians/operators
✔️ Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
✔️ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HT/LT panel and switchgear production
✔️ Strong technical knowledge of wiring, fabrication, powder coating, and electrical ratings
✔️ Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
✔️ Experience managing production teams and timelines
✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
