Ltd. is a fast-growing engineering and manufacturing company serving the Indian Railways and industrial sectors. We've recently set up a modern manufacturing facility in Goa to produce high-quality HT/LT electrical panels and switchgear . As we expand, we're looking for talented professionals to join our core operations team. What You’ll Do: As a Production Supervisor , you’ll oversee and manage the day-to-day production floor activities for electrical panel manufacturing. This includes: ✅ Supervising fabrication, wiring, powder coating, and assembly processes ✅ Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met ✅ Coordinating with design, procurement, and QA teams ✅ Troubleshooting issues and improving workflow efficiency ✅ Training and mentoring technicians/operators What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field ✔️ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HT/LT panel and switchgear production ✔️ Strong technical knowledge of wiring, fabrication, powder coating, and electrical ratings ✔️ Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications ✔️ Experience managing production teams and timelines ✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
