Production Manager

Position : Production Manager

Reporting to : Director

Key Responsibilities includes & not limited to:

· Responsible for planning, managing and executing production operations.

· Responsible for recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.

· Develop production plan and timelines according to production specifications.

· Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.

· Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.

· Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.

· Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

· Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensures that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

· Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.

· Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

· Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

· Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

· Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

· Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

· Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Ensure timely manufacturing of coffee products as per demand forecast.
• Monitor raw material availability and consumption.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.).

• Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain product consistency.
• Implement corrective actions for deviations and non-conformities.

· Optimize roasting, grinding, blending, and packaging processes.

• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Minimize waste and increase machine utilization.

· Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

· Ensure minimal downtime of production equipment.

· Maintain daily production reports, batch records, and shift logs.

· Track KPIs like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), yield, wastage, etc.

· Present reports to senior management.

· Coordinate with marketing & Sales team for the production &Dispatch planning as per Customer requirement.

· Co ordinate with QC team in new product development and commercial trials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
