Key Requirements

• Minimum

  15 years experience

  in the

  plywood/wood panel manufacturing industry

• Qualification:

  Any Degree

  (B.Tech candidates also considered)
• Strong technical knowledge of plywood production processes
  
• Proven experience in managing large-scale production operations
  
• Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
  

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily plywood production activities
  
• Ensure smooth plant operations and achievement of production targets
  
• Implement process improvements for quality, efficiency, and cost reduction
  
• Manage workforce planning, training, and performance
  
• Monitor machinery, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety standards
  
• Coordinate with QC, Purchase, and Sales teams for seamless operations
  
• Maintain documentation, production reports, and system-driven procedures

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end production operations of the plywood manufacturing line
   
2. Ensure quality control at every stage of production
   
3. Develop and implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency
   
4. Ensure timely preventive maintenance of machinery
   
5. Coordinate with procurement for raw material planning
   
6. Track daily production KPIs and generate reports
   
7. Drive productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize resources
   
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
   
9. Lead and mentor production supervisors and operators
