Production Manager

As a Production Team Leader/Manager at Entre Nous Experiences, you will play a crucial role in turning event visions into reality and creating unforgettable experiences for clients and guests. **Role Overview:** You will lead the charge on-site, managing everything from setup to showtime to shut down seamlessly. Collaboration with internal teams such as design, logistics, and client servicing is essential to bring event visions to life. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing vendors, crews, and techies, ensuring smooth coordination for staging, sound, lighting, fabrication, AV, and other event components. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead on-site operations and ensure smooth execution from start to finish - Collaborate with internal teams to bring event visions to life - Manage vendors, crews, and tech teams efficiently - Conduct site recce's, identify potential issues, and proactively solve them - Maintain a strict schedule to ensure timely execution of events - Troubleshoot effectively during unforeseen circumstances - Negotiate with vendors, manage budgets, and provide post-event reporting for continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event production, live shows, or similar roles - Proficiency in sound, AV, rigging, lighting, and fabrication aspects of events - Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide teams effectively - Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities - Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights - A degree or diploma in Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field is preferred Joining Entre Nous Experiences will offer you the opportunity to work on high-profile events, be part of a dynamic and creative environment, and experience real growth and advancement opportunities.
