Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Manager, located in Pune. The Event Production Manager will oversee all aspects of event production, including planning, budgeting, and ensuring seamless execution. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing production schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout event execution. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to create memorable experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Management and Event Production
• Strong Communication skills for client and vendor interactions
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Budgeting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field
• Previous experience with on-site event coordination is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
