Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive Production Manager with strong coordination and communication skills to serve as the operational bridge between the production floor and the sales/commercial team. This role ensures timely delivery of customer orders, optimizes production schedules based on sales demand, and helps align manufacturing capacity with business growth targets. Key Responsibilities:🔧 Production Planning & ExecutionDevelop and oversee daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders. Coordinate raw material procurement and resource planning to meet production deadlines. Ensure products are manufactured on time and within quality standards. 💼 Sales CoordinationCollaborate with the sales team to understand market demand, lead times, and client-specific requirements. Prioritize orders based on commercial urgency and revenue impact. Provide regular production updates to sales and customer service teams. 📊 Performance MonitoringMonitor production KPIs (output, efficiency, downtime, order fulfillment rate). Track On-Time Delivery (OTD) and production cost metrics. Report on production bottlenecks and propose improvement initiatives. 🛠️ Process ImprovementIdentify areas to streamline production in response to sales trends (e.g., seasonal demand spikes). Implement lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices. Support capacity planning for sales-driven growth. 👥 Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate production staff. Coordinate cross-functional communication between sales, supply chain, and production teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
