Additional responsibilities include analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and working collaboratively with other departments to optimize processes. Qualifications Strong skills in production planning, resource allocation, and workflow management Knowledge of quality control processes and adherence to industry standards Proficiency in team leadership, communication, and collaborative problem-solving Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance within a production environment Ability to identify inefficiencies and apply operational improvements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
