Job Description

Tissue Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily tissue production operations, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement processes.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality control and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage production schedules and materials inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in tissue production or manufacturing
Strong understanding of production processes, machinery and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
