This is a full-time on-site management role for Production, Ops, and Customer Support. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality control. He/She will also be responsible for managing customer queries and disappointments.


Scope of Responsibility:


  • Overseeing the sampling and production process for in-house and outsourced production.
  • Supervise sampling and production team of cutters, tailors, embroiderers, and production assistants to ensure timely delivery of all samples and ordered garments. 
  • Ensuring on-time replies and resolution of customer queries and disappointments.
  • Ensuring Sampling and Production is Cost-Effective.
  • Ensuring Productivity of Entire Team.
  • Identify and work with external manufacturers.
  • Estimating costs and setting quality standards. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.


Skills and Experience


  • Must have 2-4 years of experience working as a Production Supervisor or Manager for an Apparel Brand or Export House.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent Leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team toward goals.
  • Must be excellent at time management, multi-tasking, and people management,
  • Be willing to adapt and collaborate with all teams within the company.
  • Have project management experience. Be able to prepare reports and plan.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Good at managing budgets and problem-solving.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify relevant, engaging issues. Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
  • Have a positive attitude to work and be able to motivate a team.
