Job Description

As an experienced professional in aluminum fabrication or metal manufacturing, your role will involve supervising and managing the fabrication process efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, scheduling, and overseeing all aluminum fabrication activities to ensure production targets and deadlines are met. - Supervising and coordinating the work of fabrication teams, including welders, machine operators, assemblers, and other shop floor staff. - Ensuring strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations to maintain a secure working environment. - Utilizing your strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques, such as cutting, TIG/MIG welding, CNC, and extrusion processes. - Demonstrating familiarity with production planning tools and ERP systems for effective workflow management. - Exhibiting excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to lead the fabrication teams efficiently. - Displaying the ability to interpret technical drawings and fabrication blueprints accurately. - Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies will be considered a plus. - Utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
