Production Intern

We are seeking a dynamic Production Intern to join our creative team, you will play a crucial role in bringing ideas to life by coordinating with various vendors, sourcing props, talent, managing budgets and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Skills Required:

• Collaborate with brand teams to gather project briefs and requirements.
• Identify and contact relevant vendors, including but not limited to props, ingredients, sets, talent, hair and makeup artists, and product stylists.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and negotiate contracts to align with project budgets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with manufacturers and agencies for long-term collaborations.
• Coordinate closely with creative teams to ensure all materials required for shoots are acquired and managed punctually.
• Address any requirements or unexpected issues that may arise on set and find efficient solutions to the problems.
• Maintain detailed records of all production-related activities, expenses, and contracts for reference and analysis
• Ensure inventory and product management. Keeping track of the requirements as well as existing props and products available in the inventory.
• Ensure safe return of excess products or props
• Also ensure that the requirements are aligned a day prior to the shoot.

Requirements -

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Good cimmunication skills
• Should be available for a full time 4 months of intership.

Location : Lower Parel

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Stipend : 10k a month
