Production Incharge

Job Description

The Production Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with high quality. This role demands strong leadership, process optimization skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and organize production schedules to meet output targets

· Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring optimal performance

· Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

· Maintain quality control standards and oversee product inspections

· Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for timely material supply

· Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions

· Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Skills Required & Qualification

Education :- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, BE-Mechanical Engineering any other relevant studies.

Experience: - Previous experience in manufacturing sector , industrial pumps , or a related field is preferred 8 to 10 years

Communication Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail :- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.

Organization :- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage competing priorities effectively.

Problem-Solving : - Ability to address customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
