The CMM Operator will be responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and verify the dimensions of parts and components according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Daily tasks include performing dimensional inspections, analyzing measurement data, maintaining CMM equipment, and collaborating with the quality and production teams to ensure quality control and improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and using associated software Strong understanding of dimensional inspection, engineering drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Knowledge of quality standards and processes in manufacturing or engineering environments Relevant certifications or technical training in CMM operation Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow quality procedures Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team Familiarity with computer applications and data analysis tools
