Major customers are Mahindra&Mahindra , Sonalika , ACE, VST , PREET etc. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge located in Mohali district. The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Daily tasks include organizing workflow, delegating tasks, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining quality control standards. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of production cycles. Qualifications Experience in managing production processes and workflow Skills in supervising and leading a team effectively Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures Effective communication and coordination skills with different departments Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Technical knowledge relevant to the manufacturing industry is a plus Hands on experience with CNC,VMC,HMC settings/programmings familier with seimens / fanuc systems Good knowledge of Fixture designing & Modifications Cost saving
