We need a Production Head-(Export Division) for our Home Textiles manufacturing company !!

Position: Production Head-(Export Division)- Male

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000/- (Based on Experience)

Languages known: Tamil, English

Job Description:

• · Oversee and control the entire export production flow from dyeing to final dispatch.

· Ensure all production processes meet quality, quantity, and delivery requirements.

· Coordinate with dyeing, printing, stitching, checking, and packing teams for seamless workflow.

· Plan and monitor material inward and outward movements in coordination with stores and logistics.

· Review daily production reports and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

· Ensure compliance with customer specifications and export quality standards.

· Maintain effective communication with Merchandising, QA, and Operations teams.

· Lead the production team with focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control.

· Conduct regular performance reviews of subcontractors and in-house teams.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of textile production processes — especially dyeing, printing, stitching, and finishing.
• Ability to manage multiple production units and subcontractors.
• Excellent planning, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in production tracking, quality control, and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

· Any Degree / Diploma in Textile Technology / Production Management.

· 6+ years of experience in textile production, preferably in export-oriented units.

· Experience in home textiles preferred.
