Key Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling & Planning:

  Create, maintain, and optimize detailed
• production schedules to meet demand, capacity, and project timelines.

• Resource Management:

  Efficiently allocate materials, equipment, and manpower to
• ensure smooth workflow and maximize productivity.

• Inventory Control:

  Manage raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages
• and minimize excess inventory, ensuring timely availability.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing,
• procurement, logistics, Production and QC to align operations and resolve
• bottlenecks. Supervise weaving, dyeing, finishing and production operation.

• Quality & Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure all production activities and
• documentation adhere to strict industry regulations, quality standards, and company

• policies.

• Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

  Analyse production data, identify key
• performance indicators (KPIs), and implement continuous improvement initiatives to
• enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
