Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Head for our Raffia Unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of Raffia operations, exceptional leadership abilities, and the expertise to manage end-to-end production processes. The candidate will ensure quality, efficiency, and effective wastage control in all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Production Operations

  : Manage daily production activities to ensure optimal output and quality standards.

• Technical Expertise

  : Utilize strong technical knowledge in Raffia operations to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

• Leadership

  : Provide guidance and support to production teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

• Capacity Management

  : Monitor plant capacity and machinery performance to maximize efficiency and output.

• Quality Assurance

  : Implement and uphold quality control measures to meet industry standards.

• Wastage Control

  : Develop strategies to minimize waste and enhance resource utilization.

• Reporting

  : Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

Required Experience

• Hands-on Experience

  : Proven experience in operating and managing the following key machinery:

• 20T / Day Tape Line

  : Duotech 2000 (Lohia)

• Looms

  : 91 Nos

• Volvomatic

  : 4 Nos

• Convertex

  : 1 No

• Lamination Plant

  : 1 No

• Printing Machines

  : Pelican Make (2 Nos)

• BOPP Printing

  : 1 No

• Production Handling

  : Experience in managing a production output of 650 MT / Month across:
• Cement Bags
• Laminated Bags
• AdStar Bags
• Other PP/HDPE Raffia Bags

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of [10+] years of experience in production management, preferably in the Raffia or packaging industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
