Production Head - Kitchen & Wardrobes Manufacturing

As a Production Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire furniture production process to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely order completion. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing production staff, including supervisors and workers, to ensure smooth operations. - Implementing and enforcing quality standards to meet product specifications and client expectations. - Continuously improving manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction. - Managing raw material procurement, inventory, and supply chain for uninterrupted production. - Collaborating with design, sales, and project management teams for seamless project execution. - Understanding technical drawings, materials, and machinery used in furniture making. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards at the production facility. For this role, we require candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - A bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Several years of experience in furniture manufacturing or production management is crucial. - Strong leadership, communication, and management skills. - Proficiency in fine woodworking, laminate, PU, joinery, metalworking, and technical drawings. - Experience in project management and quality control procedures. - Ability to effectively manage costs and budgets.
