Job Title: Production Head – Beading Department (Bags)

Location: Noida and Gurgaon

Job Summary

The Production Head – Beading Department will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling all beading-related production activities for bags. The role ensures timely production, quality compliance, efficient manpower utilization, and adherence to buyer specifications and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities in the beading department.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per approved production plans and timelines.
• Supervise and manage beading artisans, supervisors, and line leaders.
• Ensure correct execution of beading designs as per buyer samples, tech packs, and artwork.
• Coordinate closely with Sampling, Merchandising, Quality, and Finishing departments.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and wastage; implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of beading production.
• Handle line balancing, manpower planning, and training of beading workers.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to materials, designs, or workmanship.
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and efficiency data.
• Ensure compliance with social compliance, safety, and factory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of hand beading, embroidery, sequins, stones, zari, and embellishments for bags.
• Experience in handling export-quality beaded bags.
• Ability to read and interpret design sheets, artwork, and buyer specifications.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of quality parameters and production workflow.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, production reports).
• Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in Textile / Fashion / Production (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in beading or handicraft bag production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
