Job Title: Production Floor Supervisor – Electronics Manufacturing Experience Required: 3–4 Years Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor in our electronics manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electronic assembly and production processes, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production floor personnel to meet daily output targets. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor workflow and make real-time adjustments to ensure smooth operations. Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to build a high-performing team. Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve process or product issues. Maintain accurate production reports and documentation. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Proactively address and troubleshoot production challenges as they arise. Enforce company policies and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork. Required Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly line supervision. Strong knowledge of SMT, PCB assembly, soldering standards, and ESD protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Attributes: Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools. Strong commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
