About Us:

Amar Pure Gold specializes in premium frozen Indian sweets and snacks, maintaining international quality and food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Production Executive to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality, and support smooth manufacturing operations. The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in food production/manufacturing with strong knowledge of food safety and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production processes and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Monitor raw material usage, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards during production.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols across production areas.
• Coordinate with quality, dispatch, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and reduce wastage/rework.
• Train and guide production staff/workers as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Processing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing/processing.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems (added advantage).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
