Production Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. To handle Production/Planning activity of all stationary products, to ensure they are produced on time as per schedule.
2. Shall gain complete knowledge of products, raw materials, printing options, schedules, dispatch information etc.
3. To take initiative in production, 5S, ISO,FSC meeting which will be done once in a week within the department.
4. To attend daily meeting of the department and update the same to Plant Head.
5. To attend new job/product enquiries.
6. Taking initiative in new type of jobs, preparing detailed plan in execution and smooth flow of the job.
7. Keeping track on billing figure on weekly basis, achieving the monthly targets given. Discussing with team, Key problems facing in reaching the targets given.
8. Implementing QA systems and procedures for achieving Quality standards of products in coordination with QAD.
9. Motivating a team of workers
10. During the production stage keeping track on production control, quality control, health and safety issues of workers and the maintenance and replacement of production equipment.
11. Dealing with people, particularly those who work in his team, identifying their training needs and progressing their career development.
12. Shall attend in house training programs/meetings and share the experience / information with colleagues and fully involve in implementing the same in respective work place.

13. Shall take additional assignments given by SBU Head from time to time.
