Production Engineering

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the development of custom desktop and web applications for automation projects in the Heavy Manufacturing Industry. You will also support IoT, Digitalisation, and Digital Transformation projects by designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications on servers/machines. Collaboration with stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and develop accordingly will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be required to create and review technical documentation for all application modules, including procedure manuals, user manuals, error & solution documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB, .NET. - Experience with application development frameworks and libraries (e.g., ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, WPF). - Conversant in database management systems (e.g., SSMS, SQLite, MS-ACCESS). - Good knowledge of Reporting Tools (SSRS, Power BI, Excel). - Familiarity with version control systems like Git, Azure. - Hands-on experience with IDEs (Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SSMS). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Understanding of various communication protocols like MQTT, SignalR, TCP/IP, Serial Bus. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (BE). Additional Details: Preferable Skills: - Basic know-how of AI/ML. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure). - Experience working on cloud platforms, preferably Azure. - Knowledge of static analysis/code quality tools like SonarQube or equivalent. - Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Certifications in relevant technologies.,
